What you can and can't do.
The ground rules for everyone who uses SiteVerified. This policy sits alongside the terms of service.
1. Who this applies to
Everyone who uses the platform: operators, employers, agencies, and visitors. Breaking these rules is a breach of the terms of service.
2. Don't undermine the platform
- Don't bypass, probe, or interfere with verification, tenant isolation, authentication, or other security controls.
- Don't scrape, bulk-export, or resell platform data outside its intended use.
- Don't upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or built to disrupt the Service.
3. Don't misuse verification
- Don't submit forged, altered, or borrowed documents, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
- Don't impersonate another person, another company, or SiteVerified itself.
4. Hire fairly and lawfully
- Don't use the Service to discriminate unlawfully in hiring, or to get around UK right-to-work checks.
- Don't harass, threaten, or abuse other users through messaging, ratings, or the disputes system.
5. Use contact details properly
When you reveal an operator's contact details, they are for genuine hiring on that job. Don't use them for spam or unsolicited marketing, and don't resell or share them. Data-protection law still applies to any personal data you obtain through the platform.
6. If you break these rules
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and where appropriate report unlawful activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches end access without refund.
7. Reporting
Report abuse or a security concern to security@siteverified.co.uk or support@siteverified.co.uk.
