For operators

How long does verification take?
Most profiles clear within 24 to 48 working hours. If we need anything else, we'll email you with exactly what's missing. No vague rejections.
What documents do I need to upload?
Right-to-work evidence (passport / BRP / Home Office share-code) and any UK construction certifications you hold (CSCS, CPCS, etc). Upload PDFs or photos; we accept both.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. SiteVerified is always free for operators. Employers pay for the platform and for reveal credits to contact you.
An employer revealed my contact details. What now?
It means they want to talk to you about a job they've posted, so expect a call or text. Being revealed doesn't commit you to anything; you're free to say no.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account & data deletion is available from your settings; we keep an audit-log entry of the deletion request (security event, seven-year retention) but the personal data itself is purged on the standard window.
What if I get an unfair rating?
Every rating can be challenged. Open a dispute from your ratings page and the case joins the review queue. Smaller disputes are handled by the employer who left the rating; anything that escalates goes to our admin team.

For employers

How much does it cost to start?
Partnership and Pro plans come with a 14-day free trial. A card is needed up front and you get 5 reveal credits to try it out. We only charge on day 14, and only if you haven't cancelled. Sole Trader and Enterprise start straight away. There's no free plan and no long-term contract.
How do reveal credits work?
An applicant's profile (name, trade, certs, location, ratings) is visible for free. Spending a reveal credit unlocks their phone and email. Your plan includes a set number each month, and you can top up at any point.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Owners can invite team members from the settings page and set each person's access: owner, project manager, billing, or view-only. Pro covers up to 10 members; Enterprise is unlimited.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Active jobs remain visible. New reveals are blocked until billing is resolved. If a charge fails we'll email you and retry over the next few days before anything is suspended.
Can I run multiple companies under one login?
Yes. If you work across more than one company, switch between them from the top bar. Every change is recorded against the company you were acting as at the time.
What do you do if an operator no-shows?
Mark the contract as no-show in the jobs view. The operator gets one chance to dispute (with their side of the story) before the no-show counts toward their profile reliability score. Repeat no-shows trigger an admin review.
Where are my invoices?
Stripe handles billing. Invoices are emailed and also visible from your billing settings. Reveal-credit top-ups produce a separate invoice from the monthly subscription.

For agencies

Can my agency use SiteVerified today?
Yes. Verify each of your operators once (right-to-work, CSCS, certifications) and place them with construction firms on the platform. You get ratings, reveal-based pricing, and a full audit trail behind every placement.
How do I get my agency set up?
Sign up as an agency. Partnership and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial if you want to try it out first. Add your operators, get them verified, and you're ready to place them. If you need a hand moving an existing workforce across, the contact page has the support inbox.
Do I keep my client relationships?
Yes. We verify and place your workforce; you stay the agency of record with your clients.
What happens to my existing operator data?
We can help you import it. Operators don't need to re-verify if you can supply the original verification documents.
